Entry Guidelines

VEHICLE & BIKE DISPLAY INFORMATION 

What’s Included

  • Vehicle/Bike Entry Fee includes:

    • Allocated display parking space

    • 2 x Event Tickets/Wristbands

    • 1 x Competitor Pack

    • Access to competitor lounge

Custom Displays & Special Requests

  • Custom Displays with Power Requirements
    Competitors requiring power (at their own cost) must email us ASAP. All requests are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis.

  • Vehicle Unveils
    Planning an unveil? Please tick the checkbox during registration for us to review for approval.

  • Audio/DJ Setups
    No audio systems or DJ setups are permitted unless pre-approved by our team.

Bump-in 

  • Vehicle bump-in details (date & time) will be emailed 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • Please adhere strictly to your scheduled bump-in time.

  • Bump-in will be on Friday 11th July 2025.

  • Every competitor must wear a hi-vis vest during bump-in at all times due to safety reasons, there is also hi-vis vending machines at the venue.

  • If you’re entering as a group, gather beforehand and enter together to avoid congestion at the gate or within the venue.

  • During bump-in, participants may fine-tune and enhance their vehicle and display area.

Display Guidelines

  • Please have a fire hydrant in/near the car (1 x 2.3 kg Portable fire extinguisher)

  • Keep your vehicle strictly within your designated space.

  • No engine starts or revving is permitted during the show.

  • All banners, flags, and display materials must be secured properly using sandbags, water weights, or similar.

  • Be mindful not to overlap into adjacent vehicle spaces.

Judging & Photography

  • Ensure your vehicle is fully prepared for judging and scrutineering during the allocated window.

  • Our official event photographer will capture every display vehicle. High-resolution photos will be uploaded post-event and will serve as official memorabilia.

Rules & Respect

  • Commercial signage or promotional materials are not allowed unless approved by the SESSION committee.

  • SESSION is a celebration of automotive passion—respect all builds, even if they don’t reflect your personal style.

Safety & Conduct

  • Drive responsibly to and from the venue.

  • Anti-social and hooning behaviour will not be tolerated—on-site or off-site.

  • SESSION and its organisers are not liable for damages caused to or by participant displays.
