PRO CLASS — INDOOR EXHIBITION
$230 | Limited Positions Available
Reserved for exceptional vehicles that represent the highest levels of automotive design, craftsmanship, performance and individuality.
PRO CLASS is designed for standout builds, rare and exclusive vehicles, complete custom transformations, supercars, hypercars, vehicle unveilings and dedicated vendor display vehicles.
Selection Criteria:
* Extensive modifications across multiple areas, including exterior, interior, engine bay and performance
* One-of-one builds, rare vehicles, limited editions and exclusive automotive models
* Exceptional craftsmanship, presentation and attention to detail
* Supercars, hypercars and high-end performance vehicles
* Official vehicle unveilings and dedicated vendor displays
All PRO CLASS applications are individually reviewed, with indoor positions allocated to vehicles that best represent the exhibition’s vision and presentation standards.
STREET CLASS — OUTDOOR EXHIBITION
$145 | Limited Positions Available
A dedicated showcase celebrating automotive passion, individuality and the diverse world of modified vehicles.
STREET CLASS welcomes thoughtfully modified, well-presented vehicles featuring personalised styling, performance enhancements and unique builds across a wide range of automotive styles.
Selection Criteria:
* Vehicles featuring exterior, interior, suspension or performance modifications
* Street builds with a distinctive style and personal character
* Tastefully modified vehicles with quality workmanship
* Enthusiast-owned vehicles representing a variety of automotive styles and cultures
* Clean, well-maintained vehicles presented to exhibition standards
All STREET CLASS applications are reviewed to ensure a diverse, high-quality outdoor exhibition.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Both categories are curated and subject to approval by the SESSION team.
Vehicle placement is determined by overall presentation, build specifications, rarity, exhibition suitability and available space.
The SESSION team reserves the right to recommend an alternative category where a vehicle may be better suited.
Custom Displays & Special Requests
Custom Displays with Power Requirements
Competitors requiring power (at their own cost) must email us ASAP. All requests are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis.Vehicle Unveils
Planning an unveil? Please tick the checkbox during registration for us to review for approval.Audio/DJ Setups
No audio systems or DJ setups are permitted unless pre-approved by our team.
Bump-in & out
Vehicle bump-in details (date & time) will be emailed 1-2 weeks prior to the event.
Please adhere strictly to your scheduled bump-in time.
Bump-in will be on Friday 27th November 2026.
Bump-out will be Saturday 28th November 2026 as soon as the show concludes and public patrons vacate the floor, estimated to be 9PM.
- Every competitor are encouraged to wear a hi-vis vest during bump-in at all times due to safety reasons.
If you’re entering as a group, gather beforehand and enter together to avoid congestion at the gate or within the venue.
During bump-in, participants may fine-tune and enhance their vehicle and display area.
Display Guidelines
- Keep your vehicle strictly within your designated space.
No engine starts or revving is permitted during the show.
All banners, flags, and display materials must be secured properly using sandbags, water weights, or similar.
Be mindful not to overlap into adjacent vehicle spaces.
Judging & Photography
Ensure your vehicle is fully prepared for judging and scrutineering during the allocated window.
Our official event photographer will capture every display vehicle. High-resolution photos will be uploaded post-event and will serve as official memorabilia.
Rules & Respect
Commercial signage or promotional materials are not allowed unless approved by the SESSION committee.
SESSION is a celebration of automotive passion—respect all builds, even if they don’t reflect your personal style.
Safety & Conduct
Drive responsibly to and from the venue.
Anti-social and hooning behaviour will not be tolerated—on-site or off-site.
SESSION and its organisers are not liable for damages caused to or by participant displays.
